  27. If you have a NTSC and a PAL VCR you can use the VLAB-Motion for
  28. doing this job. It is possible to record the NTSC (or PAL) video
  29. and save it as single jpeg pictures. Than you change your MovieShop
  30. project to PAL (or NTSC) and reimport the pictures using the 
  31. PALtoNTSC or NTSCtoPAL AREXX script. This is scaling the video to
  32. the right size and correcting the number of frames per second by
  33. skipping or doubling some frames.

  35. This is not very fast of course, but a very cheap solution.
  36. In the next MovieShop version there will be an automatic
  37. PALtoNSCT (or NTSCtoPAL) conversion function which will be
  38. much faster but not in real time at all.
